To actively promote the preservation and dissemination of Hakka culture and showcase to the domestic and international communities the diverse cultural features of Taiwan specifically, the system aggregates Hakka cultural resources from Taiwan and around the world into a digitalized collection following proper authorization; it conducts comprehensive surveys and inventories of Hakka villages and cultural assets nationwide, continually enriching the depth and substance of Hakka culture.
The system also encourages broader societal engagement and identification with Hakka heritage and establishes and maintains a friendly cultural network platform. The system also aims to fulfill public demand for accessing literary and historical resources related to Hakka culture.
